In today’s episode I’m chatting with my friend, Jessica Hottle , who shares her story of overcoming physical/emotional abuse, poverty, and finding comfort in men before finding her true worth in Christ and realizing her past does NOT define her future!
She talks about moving forward in faith to the life she knew she was worthy of having!
Some of my favorite takeaways:
- It’s not a big switch you turn on or off, but a slow journey of one step after the next to build the life you want for yourself.
- Purpose first, NOT profit first.
- When you want to step out of you comfort zone and start something first ask yourself, “Why?”. If it’s because you see someone else doing it and feel you need to do it too…don’t do it. If it’s because you feel called…do the dang thing girl!
I can’t wait for you to hear it! I hope you enjoy and feel inspired and motivated to cut the strings from your past that are defining you or holding you back from who you are being called to be!
