It’s easy to have peace in our heart, trust God, and praise Him when things are going how we expected. But what about when things don’t go our way? How can we have peace in our heart no matter what and truly proclaim…”It is well with my soul”?
In today’s episode we look at the story of Horatio Spafford and the heartbreaking loss that lead him to write the popular hymn, It Is Well With My Soul. We also look at John 16:33 and Daniel, chapter 6, to discover more truths of God’s promises and how we can say, “It is well with my soul”, in any situation.
Whether we get the job or we don’t.
Our house sells, or it doesn’t.
The person we love is healed, or they remain sick.
We can have peace like a river knowing God is in control and is bigger than any challenge we might face!
