Welcome to Episode 15 of the Forward In Faith Podcast!! This is part 2 of our Confidence Series: Conquering Perfectionism!
Perfection is the enemy of good.
In this episode, I talk about my original “perfect” expectations for this podcast and how it slowed me down. The lesson I learned at a Christmas party when I noticed the clear difference between two age groups self confidence. The “marble jar concept” that we’ve all fallen victim to and so much more!
You’ll walk away with my 4 tips to help you with conquering perfectionism so you can move another step closer into being your most confident self!
Stop striving to have the “perfect” body, be the “perfect” wife and mother, live the “perfect” life, or do the most “perfect” work. DONE is better than perfect! Strive for excellence, not perfection!
This “perfection” obstacle is holding you back from doing GOOD work, from trying new things, from going for something bigger…if you’re waiting for the perfect time and until all your ducks are in a row, you’re going to be waiting a very long time. ACTION creates confidence! So listen to this episode and let’s take some GOOD action!
