In today’s episode I share with you something that’s on my heart after some recent events happened to people near and dear to me. It helped me to realize how precious life is and sometimes we get so caught up in the world and trying to look a certain way, reach our goal weight (haven’t I told you to throw away that scale?!?), get abs, look bikini ready, etc…and for what?
